| W. Cloyce Anders is the President of the Independent Insuance Agents of America and former owner of C. H. Stith, Inc. He has served on numerous boards on the local, state, and national level. He is the past president of many state organizations including the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina. He is currently on the executive committee for the Independent Insurance Agents of America. Cloyce is President of Volunteer Firemen's Insurance Services and Anders, Ireland, & Marshall, both of Raleigh. He is a managing partner of Independent Agency Services in Durham, N.C. He has been Agent of the Year, Young Agent of the Year, Educator of the Year, and Committee Chairman of the Year, all with the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina. | |

| Jimmy Robinson is President and manager of our agency. He holds CIC and CPIM designations. Jimmy started his insurance career in 1984. He manages day to day operations and helps manage personal, commercial, life, and health departments. Jimmy has served on agents' advisory councils for Harleysville, Utica, Maryland Casualty and General Accident Insurance Companies. Jimmy has served and continues to serve on several committees for the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina. | |

| Charles E. Parker, Jr. ("Bud" Parker) has been with the agency since December 1989 and has been in the insurance business for 31 years. Bud began his career with the Morris Insurance Agency in Washington, NC in 1969. He became president and principal owner in 1977. He sold the Morris Agency in 1987. Bud works primarily with large commercial accounts and is Senior Vice-President of Robinson and Stith. He has also been a director of First South Bank since 1971. | |

| Dennis began his career in the insurance industry in 1982. He attended the School of Insurance in Chapel Hill, NC and the School of Insurance at United States Fidelity and Guarantee Company in Baltimore, MD. He works with commercial and personal lines, bonds, life, health, and long term care insurance. He is Vice-President and Automation Administrator for the agency. Dennis is Past Master of his Masonic Lodge, Past Chairman of the New Bern Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of the New Bern Rotary Club. He is an active member of his local church and has served on many civic and business committees during the past 20 years. | |

| Johnny is the son of our President, Jimmy Robinson, and the grandson of the late Gus Robinson. Johnny started his insurance career working with Cincinnati Financial while in college. Since graduating from N.C. State University with a B.A. in Chemistry and a B.S. in Business Management, he has worked as a claims adjuster with Ohio Casualty Group in Raleigh, NC. Johnny works in all phases of agency operations and is a sales representative for Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health. | |

Jackie Ireland, AAI, Treasurer, wears many hats. He is Vice-President of Volunteer Firemen's Insurance Services and Anders, Ireland, & Marshall in Raleigh. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Independent Insurance Agents of North Carolina and has been Young Agent of the Year. Jackie will complete the CIC designation this year and continues to serve on several committees for IIANC. |

Mary Parsons began her career in insurance in 1972 after graduating from Wake Forest University. She has numerous insurance designations and has been a national instructor for the CIC program as well as an instructor for the IIANC. Mary manages our newest agency—Parsons and Robinson Insurance—in Greenville, serving as a Risk Manager and Commercial Lines Sales Agent for Pitt and Beaufort counties. She was the first female in the state of North Carolina to be awarded the Young Agent of the Year and has served on numerous committees for the IIANC over the past years. |

William D. Luper, Sr. (Bill), R.H. U., has over 40 years of life, health and employee benefits experience. He was formerly Senior Vice-President of Jefferson Pilot Insurance Company. He joined the Robinson & Stith Agency in 1995 and serves as manager of the life, health, and employee benefits department. Bill also is the owner of Luper and Associates. Bill assists other clients with other independent agents from time to time. |

Angee began her insurance career in 1995, working in Raleigh for Liberty Mutual as a personal lines sales representative. Her specialty is life and health insurance; however, she is knowledgeable in all product lines. Angee also heads up our Morehead City office.

Mavis C. Lee began her insurance career with the W.C. Chadwick agency. She came to us in 1998 when the agency merged. She is an Accredited Advisor in Insurance, Insurance Institute of America. Mavis is knowledgeable in all areas of agency operation. She works wherever she is needed, offering support in commercial and personal insurance, as well as bonds. Mavis is approaching her 37th year in the insurance industry. |

Denise began her career in the insurance business in 1984. She was a receptionist and bookkeeper for several years before becoming a personal lines representative. John started in the insurance business in 1995 with Robinson Insurance Agency, after having been in private business for over 35 years. She has been in the Commercial Lines end of the business since 1984, acting as both a Customer Service Representative and a Marketing Representative. |

June Reasons has been in the insurance field since 1962. Recently retired, but is working part time as support staff for both Personal Lines and Commercial CSR's. She is licensed in both property and casualty as well as life insurance. Active in Coastal Carolina Association of Insurance Professionals having been a past president. She is also active in Cape Lookout Sail & Power Squadron and Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. |
